Honoring the Roots. Rekindling the Fire. Rebuilding the Vision.
The World Christian Council (WCC) stands today not only as a living mission - but as a legacy. A testimony of faith born from the spiritual unity and sacrificial leadership of visionaries who heard the call of Christ and answered with their lives.
From its beginnings, WCC was never about position or popularity—it was about purpose. Built on the Gospel of Jesus Christ, it was shaped by Bishops, Pastors, and Spiritual Leaders whose hearts burned for unity in the Body of Christ Across Nations, Cultures, and Denominations.
Though many of these founders have gone to be with the Lord, their Legacy continues to speak:
“Their Voices are Silent, But Their Spirits Still Speak.”
The original leaders of WCC were not chosen by title - but by testimony. They lived out the uncompromising ethics of Christ, upheld deep biblical conviction, and carried an unshakable desire to see the Kingdom of God advanced on earth.
Their dream was simple: To build the Kingdom, not a name.
While they may not be listed in our current leadership, their spiritual DNA is embedded in every step we take. In honor of their legacy, WCC has established the Spiritual Honor Board - a lasting tribute to the pioneers whose faith planted the seeds of a movement now being revived.
After a season of pause, WCC is rising again - not in pursuit of structure, but in alignment with spiritual purpose. This is a revival marked not by numbers, but by conviction.
Not with noise—but with Spirit-led clarity.
We are led by a new generation of believers, anointed with fresh fire but grounded in the original call:
To walk in truth
To uphold spiritual purity
To operate in love, justice, and wisdom
There are no new titles, no empty positions—only faithful hearts carrying the flame forward.
As we move forward into a renewed season of vision and mission, we walk in the light of those who have inspired us Global Men and Women of Faith whose lives still speak through their ministries, their message, and their legacy.
These respected spiritual Leaders have not only inspired the global Body of Christ but have also been instrumental in shaping the Identity and Spiritual Direction of the World Christian Council (WCC).
We are proud to recognize them as part of our spiritual heritage—visionaries and founders whose obedience to Christ helped establish WCC as one of the most influential Christian organizations in the world.
They serve as spiritual guides, role models, and torchbearers—Men and Women whose faith, compassion, and leadership continue to influence generations.
